Welcome to Stargate Command

You have just entered one of the best kept secrets of the United States and it's military.

Our mission is to explore the universe by the means of a extraterrestrial device known
as a "Stargate". This command is tasked with the search and retrieval of advance technology
and weaponry to use in our fight to save the planet Earth from takeover by a parasitic alien
race known as the Goa'uld.

But during the four plus years of this project's operation, we have also found many other alien
races, some of whom we now call friends and allies. The policies directing our missions have
broadened to include humanitarian relief, medical assistance when able and quite of bit of what
Dr. Daniel Jackson, the archaeologist assigned to SG-1, refers to as "That meaning of life stuff."

And this project has become the better for that perspective.

maps you were given upon entering this facility and do not hesitate to check with any
of the Security Stations or roving Patrols if you need further directions.
